Universal Video Productions, Inc. was incorporated in April of 2008. The primary focus of our company is to bring high quality video productions of High School events to the general public in a way that has never been done before. Unlike many sites that cover high school, we focus on more than just sports. We produce high quality video programs that cover three basic areas. These areas are 1) Sports, 2) District events, 3) Students and The Arts. The company was started by its CEO / Chairman, Lance C. Beloney. Mr. Beloney has a passion for video and for the youth of our community and not just the local
community but the community at large.

The company was born out of necessity. During the time Mr. Beloney’s youngest son was a student at Seven Lakes High School in Katy, Tx., the need to produce a highlight video became pressing. With his knowledge and passion for video and two cameras Mr. Beloney embarked on the process of producing the best possible video he could for his son. After completing the project, it became apparent to him that there was a need for this service in the community. This experience coupled with his entrepreneurial drive he started a sole proprietorship named Digital Video Productions. After some immediate success and the desire of several investors to participate financially in his vision he incorporated the business. During the incorporation process it was discovered that the name Digital Video Productions was infringing upon the name of another company and had to be changed. The incorporated name that was chosen was Universal Video Productions, Inc. (UVP, Inc.)

UVP, Inc. produces shows that highlight the successes of high school students and the schools they attend.
